These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 16bd platform. By registering an account or placing any bet on 16bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before you play.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 16bd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 16bd website, mobile applications, and all associated services offered at https://16bd.im and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").
By clicking "I Agree", by completing the registration process, by logging into your account, or by placing any wager or interacting with any game on the 16bd Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
These Terms apply in addition to any supplementary policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the 16bd Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms that may be published from time to time. In the event of a conflict between any supplementary policy and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.
16bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a communication to the registered email address on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on 16bd. Age is verified during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance handled in line with our policies.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active 16bd account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across any associated accounts.
BDT Currency & Payments
All transactions on 16bd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. No currency conversion fees are applied by 16bd on standard transactions.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional offers on 16bd are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Bonus terms are always published in plain English with no hidden conditions.
Fair Play & Anti-Fraud
16bd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, and any other form of fraudulent activity. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without notice, and affected balances may be voided pending investigation.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only — Strictly Enforced: The 16bd Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through identity and age verification during the KYC process. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 16bd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a human individual (not a corporation, trust, or automated bot).
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee on behalf of any third party.
- You do not already hold an active or suspended 16bd account under any identity.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the 16bd Platform.
16bd conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts, with age verification forming a mandatory component of that process. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Documents must be current, unaltered, and clearly legible.
Where 16bd has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player does not meet the eligibility criteria above — including age requirements — the account will be suspended pending verification. If verification is not completed within 14 days of the suspension notice, or if submitted documents confirm ineligibility, the account will be closed. Any balance held in the account will be dealt with in accordance with our internal procedures and, where legally required, returned to the verified payment source.
Geographic Restrictions
16bd is designed and operated for the Bangladeshi market. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful in their jurisdiction. 16bd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any location other than Bangladesh.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of 16bd services — including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may register and maintain only one 16bd account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 16bd reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all associated accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 16bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
You agree to notify 16bd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 16bd will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon receiving such a notification. However, 16bd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
KYC Verification
16bd operates a tiered KYC verification process. Basic account registration allows limited access. Full access to deposits above ৳5,000 per transaction, all withdrawal requests, and certain promotional offers requires completion of Level 2 KYC verification, which involves submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. In certain circumstances, 16bd may also request a source-of-funds declaration.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on 16bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 16bd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay (UCB), Dutch-Bangla Bank net banking, City Bank net banking, and BRAC Bank net banking. Additional methods may be introduced from time to time and will be listed in the Cashier section of your account.

Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your name and has been used to make at least one successful deposit to your 16bd account. This anti-money-laundering control is non-negotiable. 16bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or payment sources not verified during KYC.
Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed Level 2 KYC verification and your account must not be subject to any active investigation, dispute, or suspension flag. 16bd reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a 24-hour period.
Deposits from Bonus Funds
Bonus funds held in your account may not be used to fund withdrawals until the associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited and only the remaining real-money balance being available for withdrawal.
Failed or Disputed Transactions
If a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails or is disputed, please contact 16bd support immediately with your transaction reference number, the payment method used, the amount, and the date and time of the transaction. 16bd will investigate all transaction disputes and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Transparency commitment: 16bd publishes all bonus terms in plain English. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are stated clearly at the point of offer. If you are unsure about any bonus condition, contact our support team before opting in.
16bd offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cricket cashback during BPL season, and seasonal promotional events tied to occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments.
General Bonus Rules
- All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over these general bonus rules.
- Bonuses are awarded to your account as bonus funds and are clearly labelled separately from your real-money balance in the Wallet section of your account.
- Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least 30 times before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
- Only wagers placed on eligible games or sports markets count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed on excluded markets (typically high-RTP slots above 98%, certain live dealer side bets, or betting exchange markets) do not count.
- Minimum odds for sports bets to qualify towards bonus wagering are stated per promotion — typically a minimum of 1.50 decimal odds.
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is capped at 10 times the bonus value unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of issue if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within that period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register an account and make a first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 16bd welcome bonus. The welcome bonus offer, including the match percentage and maximum bonus amount, is displayed in the promotions section at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
Bonus Abuse & Irregular Play
16bd monitors wagering patterns associated with bonus funds. Actions deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing opposite bets on the same event across multiple accounts, employing low-risk hedging strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting a specific game's mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine play — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and game rounds placed on 16bd are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant game lobby or sportsbook section.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is only considered accepted and confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number has been generated. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference — due to connection interruptions, system errors, or other technical failures — are not considered valid and will not be settled. 16bd accepts no liability for bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
Odds & Market Suspension
Betting odds are provided on a best-effort basis and may be suspended, updated, or withdrawn at any time prior to your bet being confirmed. 16bd reserves the right to suspend any betting market at its discretion — particularly during fast-moving live events, in the event of technical issues, or where abnormal betting patterns are detected. Suspending a market does not affect the validity of bets already confirmed before the suspension.
Bet Settlement
All cricket bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). For BPL matches, the BCB official scorecard is the authoritative source. In the event that a match result is later revised by the official body following an initial declaration, 16bd reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in line with the revised official result.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or, in the case of live casino, by the physical outcome of a live game conducted in a licensed studio. 16bd does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so within provider-operated systems.
System Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or pay-table displays — whether caused by human error, software malfunction, or data feed failure — 16bd reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Winnings resulting from a manifest error are not considered valid and will not be paid out. 16bd will notify affected players of any void decisions and refund the original stake amount to the player's real-money balance.
Responsible Bet Limits
Maximum stake limits per bet or game round are displayed at the point of placement. Players may also self-impose lower stake limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in Account Settings. 16bd reserves the right to impose additional stake limits on any account at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional advantage play or other unusual activity.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
Zero tolerance: 16bd maintains a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, match-fixing, money laundering, and any form of collusion. Accounts found engaging in any prohibited conduct are closed immediately. Evidence is retained and may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 16bd Platform. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
- Registering more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal documents during registration or KYC.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or multi-player games.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
- Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated outcome (match-fixing).
- Using the 16bd Platform for money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful play activity.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, harms, or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure, other players' experience, or 16bd's operations.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your 16bd account to any other person.
- Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
Where 16bd identifies or suspects prohibited conduct, it may — at its sole discretion and without prior notice — take any of the following actions: suspend account access pending investigation; void any bets, game rounds, or bonuses associated with the account; permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance; share account information with relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies; and pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.
Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary Closure by Player
You may request to close your 16bd account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon verification of your identity, your account will be closed within 2 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your last verified payment method within 5 business days, minus any applicable withdrawal fees.
If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion decision, please use the Self-Exclusion tool available in Account Settings, or explicitly state this in your closure request. Self-exclusion closures are subject to the Responsible Gaming Policy and carry a mandatory cooling-off period before any reopening request can be considered.
Suspension or Closure by 16bd
16bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
- False or misleading information was provided during registration or KYC.
- The account is involved in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Maintaining the account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for 16bd.
- The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. 16bd will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before designating an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200, deducted from any remaining real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be closed without further notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 16bd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues.
- Errors in odds, game results, or pay-table displays that are corrected in accordance with the manifest error provisions in Section 6.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
- Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, or banking partners.
- Content or services provided by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) that are integrated into the 16bd Platform.
In all cases where 16bd is found to be liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Platform Availability
16bd makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance or unplanned outages may occur without prior notice. 16bd accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability, except where downtime directly causes a confirmed bet or game round to be interrupted without resolution.
Amendments & Governing Law
Amendments to These Terms
16bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice by displaying a prominent banner on the Platform and, where feasible, by sending a notification to your registered contact number or email address. The revised Terms will clearly display the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.
If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 16bd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements whether written or oral.
Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation of these Terms into another language is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the definitive, controlling version in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.
